Accomodation

We have arranged for special rates with hotels and hostels in Kumasi to meet the diverse accommodation needs of ICACD participants. These have been categorized into A, B, C, D and E in terms of room facilities and service. The rates of the various categories are indicated below.
  • Category A – €58 per night (Executive)
  • Category B - €43 per night (Official)
  • Category C - €29 per night (Standard)
  • Category D - €22 per night (Student)
  • Category E - €7 per night (hostel facility)
Participants are free to make their own accommodation arrangements in Kumasi but we will recommend that participants book with us to take advantage of hired buses that will transport ICACD participants from the hotels to the conference venues.

Accomodation arrangements made through us costs between 10% and 40% less than normal rates.

Arrangements can be made for friends, family members and colleagues who would like to share a single room to further reduce their conference expenses.

Participants with special accommodation needs such as family rooms, and presidential suites should send an email to Daniel at dappiagyei@ccoghana.org.  Contact Daniel by Friday 28th March 2008 if you will need special accommodation arrangements such as pairing with a colleague or settling in family rooms.
